Yogurt shrimps salsa

You need:

  1. a green pepper
  2. shrimps
  3. a chili
  4. a tin of yogurt
  5. sugar
  6. salt, pepper and oil

Cut a number of clove of garlic and add them to a bin of yogurt.
Cut a chili into tiny pieces and them as well.
Cut a green pepper into tiny spikes and add them.
Let this stay for at least two hours (if you are not to hungry ;-) )

Put some oil into a pan and fry a couple of shrimps.
Add some salt and pepper and at a spoon of sugar.
Stir until the sugar becomes browny.

Mix everything together and serve it cold. I had French bread and some white wine with it.

It was lovely.
